Buying and selling your home can be an emotionally taxing experience.  It is my honor and responsibility as your REALTOR® to relieve the stress of finding highly qualified buyers for your property.  I offer my clients key services as part of my marketing strategy in achieving this objective.

Prepare Comparative Market Analysis:

Whether you are planning to list your property for sale or looking for your next property to purchase, you need to be aware of current market conditions in your decision process.  A Comparative Market Analysis will help you determine listing price and likely selling price of your property.

Schedule Professional Photographer:

Photos are essential in showing off the best feature of your property.  A professional photographer will be scheduled to capture each room in its best lighting.  These images will be posted on the MiRealSource Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which will make them accessible to online sites such as Zillow and Trulia.

Create Floor Plan Layout:

Savvy buyers like to virtually "walk" through a house before scheduling a viewing appointment. Understanding your property's floor plan can further assist buyers in envisioning themselves as the new owners.  I will create a floor plan that will be posted along with your professional photos on the MLS.

Develop Targeted Market Mailings:

When selling your property, your neighbors are often your best  resource for buyers.  I will create a targeted market mailing campaign to advertise your property within your specific community.

Perform Other Key Realtor Activities:

  • Place a distinctive HMA sign on your property.

  • Hold a Broker's Open House to advertise your. property to all members of the Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors.

  • Host Sunday Open Houses to the public

  • Include your property in all HMA marketing online and with published newsletters.

  • Produce a Feature Sheet for your property.

  • ​Where possible, attend all scheduled showings to be able to answer questions and gain valuable feedback on your property.

  • Keep you informed of all property showings.

  • Provide pro-active marketing by directly contacting perspective buyers.

  • Manage all details of your real estate transaction.
